My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, though a bit dim, were modern and relatively large compared to others I've stayed in Hong Kong. I decided to upgrade to a suite for added comfort, which was a bit inconvenient but manageable. The service from staff members like Ernest and Sony was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was superb, near all the shopping areas and my favorite spots, making it very convenient for exploring. The dining options were good, especially for those staying in Executive Rooms, but the choices were a bit limited. The hotel facilities were adequate for my needs.
